Working with Generation Z talents, I discovered that their boldness and mastery of digital tools brought inestimable added value to my projects.

During an innovation project aimed at launching a mobile application in emerging countries, their creativity and commitment made it possible to transform budgetary constraints into opportunities.

When Experience meets Audacity

Giovanna Questioni - The balance between experience and innovation

I believe that strategic vision is built on experience, but its real brilliance lies in the audacity to explore new approaches to cultivate agility and innovation.

With a solid expertise in multichannel retail covering the fashion, food and furniture sectors. I enriched my vision by integrating the tech world.

This fusion of experience and innovation fuels my thinking on omnichannel, where excellence in customer experience is facilitated by technology and always centered on the brand.

A key element of my career also lies in interculturality. Italian by birth, I speak French and English fluently, and my experiences in Italy, Malta and now in France have allowed me to refine my skills in international collaboration and in managing cultural challenges.
