In a world where digitalization is disrupting traditional models, leadership must constantly adapt. Rapid changes require rethinking traditional approaches to boost agility and competitiveness.

How do we stay competitive in this ever-changing environment? In my view, the answer lies in the richness of intergenerational perspectives.

Working with Generation Z talents, I discovered that their boldness and mastery of digital tools brought inestimable added value to my projects.

During an innovation project aimed at launching a mobile application in emerging countries, their creativity and commitment made it possible to transform budgetary constraints into opportunities.

When Experience meets Audacity

I believe that strategic vision is built on experience, but its real brilliance lies in the audacity to explore new approaches to cultivate agility and innovation.

With a solid expertise in multichannel retail covering the fashion, food and furniture sectors. I enriched my vision by integrating the tech world.

This fusion of experience and innovation fuels my thinking on omnichannel, where excellence in customer experience is facilitated by technology and always centered on the brand.

A key element of my career also lies in interculturality. Italian by birth, I speak French and English fluently, and my experiences in Italy, Malta and now in France have allowed me to refine my skills in international collaboration and in managing cultural challenges.

Soraya Chaouachi - A Generation Z Vision for Innovation

We, Generation Z, are driven by a deep quest for meaning and a vital need to see the immediate impact of our actions. What we want is to feel that our work matters, that our ideas propel, that our efforts shape the future.

An example? During a mission for the French Army, we designed a prototype of a tiller for an armed vehicle.

Thanks to our mastery of digital tools, we have adopted an agile approach, segmented the work into intermediate deliverables and multiplied the return points to maximize customer satisfaction.

A collaboration that stimulates innovation

During a complex international project, I was struck by how Generation Z was able to provide innovative solutions to intercultural communication issues. I proposed a collaborative workshop in person, and their energy helped to unblock the situation more effectively than six months of videoconferences.
