A key element of my career also lies in interculturality. Italian by birth, I speak French and English fluently, and my experiences in Italy, Malta and now in France have allowed me to refine my skills in international collaboration and in managing cultural challenges.

We, Generation Z, are driven by a deep quest for meaning and a vital need to see the immediate impact of our actions. What we want is to feel that our work matters, that our ideas propel, that our efforts shape the future.
An example? During a mission for the French Army, we designed a prototype of a tiller for an armed vehicle.
Thanks to our mastery of digital tools, we have adopted an agile approach, segmented the work into intermediate deliverables and multiplied the return points to maximize customer satisfaction.
